Refund Policy

WEAVE Refund Policy

At WEAVE (Intercultural Church and City Transformation Gathering), we are committed to creating meaningful, high-quality experiences that bring people together across cultures, churches, and communities. We understand that plans can change, and this policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and considerate.

1. Event Registration Refunds

a. Standard Refunds

  • Full refunds are available if cancellation is made 14 days or more before the event date.

  • A small administrative fee may be deducted to cover processing costs.

b. Partial Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7–13 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.

c. Non-Refundable Period

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.

This is because commitments to venues, catering, and logistics are already in place.

 

2. Ticket Transfers

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional cost.

  • All transfer requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the event.

 

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We recognise that life can present unexpected challenges.

  • Requests due to serious illness, bereavement, or unavoidable emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Supporting information may be required.

Our aim is always to respond with compassion and fairness.

 

4. Event Cancellation by WEAVE

If WEAVE cancels or postpones an event:

  • You will be offered a full refund, or

  • The option to transfer your ticket to a future event

 

5. Digital Products & Training

For digital resources, training programmes, or downloadable materials:

  • These are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded

  • If you experience technical issues, we will work with you to resolve them promptly

 

6. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be made in writing:

Include:

  • Full name

  • Event name

  • Proof of purchase

  • Reason for request

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
