WEAVE Mirror Platform
Move from aspiration to measurable, sustained progress
Many churches desire to grow in intercultural unity but lack a clear way to assess where they are or how to move forward.
The WEAVE Mirror provides a structured, guided pathway for real development.
Through the platform, your church will:
-
Assess your current intercultural posture with honesty and clarity
-
Identify specific strengths and areas for growth
-
Track leadership and community development over time
-
Follow a clear, staged journey toward deeper unity and shared leadership
This ensures your progress is not vague or one-off, but intentional, measurable, and ongoing.
How ready are you for intercultural engagement?
To find out, take the quiz (for all)
Free Intercultural Competence Self-Assessment
This Intercultural Competence Quiz (for Faith Groups) is a tool designed to evaluate and enhance your readiness for intercultural encounters. It helps you understand your knowledge, skills, and attitudes in areas such as cultural awareness, communication effectiveness, adaptability, empathy, and self-reflection.
The assessment involves answering questions and scenarios that prompt reflection on cultural diversity experiences. At the end of the quiz, you will be provided with your persona profile, identifying strengths and areas for improvement. It will take you 5-10 minutes to complete, depending on your speed. Please note that your report is personal to you.

Intercultural Learning Exchange
Build the kind of culture where real transformation can happen
Programs alone do not create unity, culture does.
The online learning exchange creates spaces where that culture can begin to take root.
In these facilitated environments:
-
People share real, lived experiences across cultures
-
Listening is prioritised over quick answers
-
Learning is mutual, not expert-led
-
Honest conversations lead to deeper understanding and trust
Over time, this cultivates a community marked by:
-
Empathy instead of assumption
-
Trust instead of distance
-
Shared growth instead of silent division
